Disclaimer

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

This website, intela.io, is operated by Integrated Technology Laboratory LLC ("Intela", "we", "us"). This disclaimer explains how to read what the website says. It forms part of our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the website.

Information, not advice

The content of this website is general information about Intela and its products and services. It is not legal, regulatory, security, financial, tax or employment advice, and it does not take your organization's circumstances into account. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Performance figures and examples

Figures such as "up to 30× improvement" describe what we aim for in suitable AI-native workflows, measured against a baseline agreed with the customer. They are targets, not promises. Results depend on your processes, systems, data, people and the scope of the work, and yours may be lower. Examples and illustrations on this website show how our approach can work. They are not a record of results for any particular customer unless they say so.

Products, names and availability

The products, features and product names described on this website may change, and some are still in development. Some names are proposed and may change before launch. Not every product is available in every market, and availability can depend on local law and regulation. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply anything: an engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with you.

Security and compliance

Our security, compliance and scalability capabilities, including Security as Code, Compliance as Code and Scalability as Code, help an organization implement controls, collect evidence and prepare for audits. They do not certify your organization, and on their own they do not make it compliant with any law, regulation or standard. Compliance remains your organization's responsibility, through its own governance and, where one is required, the assessment of a qualified auditor. No system can be made completely secure.

AI agents and automated output

The systems we describe use AI agents, and AI can produce output that is incomplete or wrong. Our approach keeps people accountable for consequential decisions, and any deployment should keep appropriate human review of what AI agents produce and do.

Links and other companies

This website links to websites run by other organizations, including companies in the Intela ecosystem that may operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or out-of-date information, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Liability

Our Terms of Service set out the warranties we disclaim and the limits of our liability. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
